Road Trip is our exploratory blend: the step between the classic coffee you know and the fruit-forward coffees further down the road.
It starts somewhere familiar. Shortbread is all about weight and balance, with more sweetness and body than biscuit and a little less than cake, and here there’s a soft cocoa warmth underneath. Then the fruit comes in, lifting the cup without taking it over. It’s as easy to come back to as a house coffee, with somewhere new to go.
We adjust Road Trip through the year as harvests change, always keeping that balance between comfort and discovery. It sits just beyond the familiar, for anyone ready to see where the road leads next.
