On the edge of Dartmoor National Park, we hand roast sustainable, award-winning coffees. We have an awesome array of customers from quirky mobile coffee trailers and coffee houses to restaurants and boutique hotels as well as retail delicatessens and a thriving home-brewing customer base. The Role

This is a prominent role within our office and customer service team, coordinating all weekly customer orders and logistics, welcoming and administering new customers and assisting the rest of the office team to ensure all our customers receive outstanding service across every touchpoint with Voyager. A key part of the role is developing a good knowledge of all our customers and their businesses, the Voyager coffee range and coffee equipment. The position requires a highly organised, accurate and well-administered person, who has a cheerful, articulate telephone manner and excellent written English, able to communicate on behalf of the Voyager.

  • Knowledge of Sage Accounting Software.
  • Logistics coordination experience.
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

  • An understanding of the coffee or hospitality industry.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Diary management.
  • Daily coordination of customer orders.
  • Coordinating all customer order fulfilment.
  • Liaising with the Roastery & Logistics team to ensure the efficient dispatch of orders.
  • Monitoring stock levels & assisting with purchasing.
  • Onboarding of new accounts.
  • Assisting with the coordination of new equipment installations.
  • Customer service reviews/follow-ups.
  • Invoicing.
  • Updating customer records and maintain up-to-date information on CRM.
  • Coordinating the Voyager training academy
  • Weekly & monthly reporting.
  • Answering incoming customer and sales enquiries.
  • Assisting with technical coordination when required.
  • Liaising with customers/suppliers.
  • Day-to-day administration tasks.
  • Assisting with various ongoing Company projects.
  • Assist with staff enquiries as and when required.

The role will be salaried, Monday to Friday.
