Our Brazilian decaf is a regional blend from farms across the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais, playfully called Happy Capybara. It’s decaffeinated in Bremen using the sugarcane (EA) process, where a compound derived from fermented sugarcane gently draws out the caffeine and keeps the coffee’s sweetness and flavour in place.
This is the cup you reach for later in the evening, when the day slows down and conversation stretches a little longer. You’ll find brown sugar sweetness and a rounded, smooth body with weight behind it.
