Using the sugarcane (EA) process, caffeine is gently removed using a compound derived from fermented sugarcane. The method is soft on the beans, helping preserve their structure and the flavours that make great coffee so satisfying.
This decaf is a cup you reach for later in the evening, when the day slows down and conversation stretches a little longer. You’ll find caramel sweetness, with a structured and buttery body.
