Produced by smallholders farming the slopes of the Rwenzori Mountains, this naturally processed lot is one we keep coming back to. It’s named Bukonzo Dream after the local Bukonzo tribe—a nod to the community behind the cup. It’s a coffee we’ve been sourcing for years through Agri Evolve who support small farms with use of their high quality processing equipment.
It’s a coffee that works just as well at a kitchen table before the day begins as it does brewed slowly when you have time to pay attention. It’s comforting, balanced, and quietly moreish.
Expect flavours of buttery shortbread, lifted with bright citrus.
