Ever wondered what’s brewing behind the scenes in a working roastery?
Our Test Roasts are coffees that come from the process of refining roast profiles, dialling in new coffees, and keeping everything tasting just right.
When we’re developing a roast or adjusting a profile, we occasionally produce extra batches that don’t quite fit into our regular lineup. They might be early development roasts, experiments from our Genio roasters, or coffees that simply need a home before the next roast lands.
Rather than letting great coffee go to waste, we offer these as 1kg Test Roast bags at a reduced price.
Each bag is a bit of a surprise, it could be a blend, a single origin, or something we’ve been experimenting with in the roastery.
