Over the past few years the partner-producer team of Luz Angela Rojas and Edinson Argote at Quebraditas have become synonymous with experimental fruit-forward flavour. Their inoculated washed lots develop a lingering, building quality we love.
When we describe the texture as marshmallow we’re noting a light and airy sweetness and a yellow fruit flavour—think flat peaches. This is the kind of cup you find yourself still thinking about long after it’s gone. It’s endlessly drinkable, until we all run out of it, which might be quite soon.
