Brazil is the largest producer of coffee in the world and the Santos bean (named after its port) is considered to be a consistently good Brazilian coffee.

This coffee is so delicious you won’t believe its decaf. We choose to use beans that have been decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Method as the process doesn’t involve any chemicals, just natural water which preserves the natural flavours of the beans. You’ll find a full bodied cup, with low acidity, lots of chocolate, caramel, brazil nut and a sweet, smooth finish.

This coffee is great brewed as cafetiere or espresso.

We roast this coffee fairly lightly to create this smooth drinking decaf.
