We have some incredible women in our business but one we want to focus on is Faye who joined us when we were Coffee West 10 years ago.
Since day one, Faye has built great customer relationships, helped bring on new customers, and supported longstanding ones. A lot of you will recognise the warm smile and infectious laugh of our very own customer service maestro.
She has also helped develop our team internally and been an integral part of our day-to-day business.
She moved on for a new challenge to work with our then-sister company Sanremo for a few years as their technical coordinator.
Then in 2018, Faye suffered a stroke and had to take a break from work while recuperating. For anyone who knows Faye personally, you’ll know her strength and determination have shone throughout her recovery.
Just over a year later she was back amongst the Voyager team. Once again continuing to develop customer relationships, building new ones, and supporting all the needs of the amazing coffee houses, farm shops, hotels, and restaurants we work with.
We’re proud to work with someone who is so determined both personally and professionally.
We want to say a big thank you and celebrate Faye today not only for providing 10 years of incredible service and support but also on International Women’s Day for being such a strong human being.
