What are two of your favourite things to do on the weekend?
When I’m not brewing up some exciting new coffees, you’ll find me running around the awesome coast paths and woodlands of Devon and Cornwall or bouldering at the climbing hangar in Exeter.
What do you love about coffee?
Everything! The crazy flavours you can get from different coffees is totally mind blowing. But what I love most is the community and the people. The fact that a roastery in Devon can be so closely linked to coffee farms around the world is awesome – coffee brings people together in so many different ways.
