A rich, smooth full bodied coffee with chocolate, walnut and spice notes with a well- rounded caramel aftertaste. The coffee in this blend is triple certified - Organic, Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance - affirming our commitment to supporting small farming communities to work sucessfully and sustainably.
The combination of the chocolatey sweet beans from Peru and Honduras work really well with the bold strength of character and spice of the Sumatran coffee. We roast each bean separately to bring out each coffee’s characteristics perfectly bring you a complex espresso with medium to full body with dominant chocolate and nut flavours, balanced out by citrus notes with a hint of spice. When combined with milk, walnut and chocolate notes prevail and the acidity is replaced with a smooth, well rounded taste.
